Refund and Cancellation Policy (GLOBAL)

The laws of the Russian Federation, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

1. Prepaid access

Access is prepaid and activates only after the payment operator confirms successful payment to Luminaria. The next period requires a new payment. The service does not automatically charge the next period.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] only.

Include identity and contact sufficient to identify the request; payment or order identifier if available; date and amount; the reason or request. Payment or bank details only if actually required to execute the refund.

There is:

• no refund bot;
• no automatic refund;
• no other current payment provider besides Robokassa.

3. Amount and handling

• if paid access was not provided or activated due to a provider-side failure and the paid service was not provided — full refund baseline;
• otherwise a refund of the unused paid period is calculated proportionally to remaining calendar days;
• request only through [email protected]; manual handling;
• normally the original payment method where technically possible;
• account deletion is not a refund request;
• mandatory consumer rights are always preserved;
• target review period up to 10 calendar days unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

4. Method

The same payment method where possible and permitted by the operator, unless another method is agreed.

5. Stopping use is not a refund

There is no in-bot command that ends a paid period early. Access continues until the paid period ends.

Deleting the account is not a refund request and does not start a refund.

6. Mandatory consumer rights

Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain preserved.
