A partner is a registered user who receives a personal referral link.
Commission is 10% of a verified successful payment after subscription activation (paid access activates only after the payment operator confirms successful payment to Luminaria).
The partner is attributed on the first qualifying visit once. Later clicks do not replace the partner.
Self-referral is rejected.
Partner and referred user must be in the same storage jurisdiction (GLOBAL with GLOBAL). Cross-region is ignored.

The operator records the number of unique referred payers and the accumulated commission.
Payout is manual, by request, outside the Robokassa charge flow. The partner may receive an accrual notice when a messenger channel is available. The operator tracks the accumulated amount.
Payout is normally once per calendar month. The minimum payable accrued balance is 1,000 RUB.
Each party performs the tax and reporting obligations imposed on that party by applicable law. These terms do not state that the partner always pays all taxes.
Unpaid commission related to a refunded or charged-back payment may be reversed. Already-paid related commission may be offset against future referral earnings, subject to applicable law.
Customer refunds (email [email protected]) follow the service refund rule and are a separate process from partner payout.
Self-referral, fake accounts, artificial transactions, payment manipulation, and fraud are prohibited.
Disputed accruals and referral access may be suspended during review. Legitimate undisputed earnings are not arbitrarily confiscated.
